The school is part of a great educational tradition that was evolved with the setting up of the Dayanand Anglo Vedic College Trust and Management Society at Lahore on June 1, 1886 under the able guidance of a great visionary Lala Hansraj.

 
  Since its inception in 1994 by the DAV society our school has stepped into the league of great institutions where knowledge is a way of life and learning human values and leadership qualities is the prime objective.
